Tank Size and Inhabitant Compatability Questions

Hi there! Let’s assume that money is no object and any tank size is perfectly affordable (which it’s not lol) but let’s assume. Whenever I move houses I am hoping to get a substantially large tank as a dream freshwater aquarium. Tank first obviously, fish later. I am looking to get an Arowana, Clown Knife, Oscar, and Alligator gar, or chain pickerel if the gar isn’t available. What would be not a minimum but a medium spec tank size for these guys all together? I’m thinking along the lines of 700 gallons but I want to hear your thoughts. Obviously bigger is always better but what’s a well rounded tank size for these guys?

700g is good, can switch out the alligator gar for Florida/Cuban/tropical gar instead

What's the footprint of the 700g? It's all about the lxw (most of the time)

I would get species only tanks. Much easier to keep fish this way.

So factor in 5 or 10 large tanks.
