Tank size for Channa gachua?

1. min tank size for Channa gachua?

1. i currently have 2 gachuas in a 30, little on the small size but they should be fine. You could a couple of them in a 50g.

2. Mine are pretty non aggressive.

3. Growth rate depends. I have had some that grow about half an inch+ a month and others that grow less than that. Growth is usually pretty quick

4. Hardy species. I went a way for about a week and left my house mate to take care of them. Another room mate went into my room and unplugged my filters without knowing. Filters off in a tank for about a week usually not good by the gachuas were fine.

5. Again depends. One of my gachua's is on patrol most of the time. the ohter hides.

6. Great personality. Come out of to see me when i walk into my room.

gachuas are great fish probably the easiest to take care of that I have ever had.
 
from what i've read it depends on where the gachua is fond. I've read from 6 to 10 inches
 
Also what type of tankmates did you guys have with your gachua's? Are they territorial?
 
in one of my tanks i have a dat, couple clown loaches, a channa stewartii and a channa auranti. In another tank i have them in with a channa sp. assam. a zebra loach and a black shark. This is temp tho and no aggression issues so far. A little bit of flaring every now and then but thats about it
