As i stated I'm prepared to meet the demsnds of these fish. I doubt three months in this aquarium could be bad for these fish.

A six inch arowana will grow to be 18-24" long the first year on average. So your need to be looking a being able to provide upwards of 300 gallons at that time.

My impression is that some serious research is needed by the OP.

I can't say for silvers but for black aro's it would never work, there is way too much agression when they are smaller. I really don't see them as being that different other than size but I have seen a few silvers with a take no prisoners attitude.
Floating driftwood will break up the line of site agression for a while but I would bet they won't last a month with out a death.

yeah id have to agree^... 4 silver arowana are gonna need a lot of space to freely swim around without feeling overcrowded. They're extremely active fish, but the problem is, as everyone knows, theyre topwater and stick to that area, occasionally hitting the midwater. So 4+ arowanas, no matter the depth, are going to feel very claustrophobic, which may lead to aggression issues. Id stick to 3 honestly, thats what im doing. But to everyone their own, with enough space it will work im sure.

@Z... 400 gallons for one silver? that's a bit excessive, I think 200g for one is a fair estimate I dont nee many getting longer than 28" in the hobby so a 7x2 tank would be the minimum. HOWEVER, @OP you're ganna need 400-500g for all of those together
