Tank won't cycle

Ok I can deff go down the crushed coral route. I can steal it from my friends tank. How much should I grab?

Current tank readings are ammonia 2-4, nitrite .5-1 and nitrate 20-40. What should I do

It's around 6. I plan of having apistos in there.

Current tank reading. Ph is still a little low at 6 ammonia is slightly high between 2-4 nitrites are 0 and nitrates are very close to 0 as well. Should I do a small 30% WC? Also I noticed some of my tetras eyes are a little cloudy is that Bc of the ammonia or Bc of something else? What can I put in the tank that won't kill the plants or BB since it's established. I was able to use seachem prime which made all water parameters a lot better. Also on a side not no inverts can live on here they just die. And advice or feedback on anything is appreciated.

The ammonia spiked. Should I add more prime and more BB from a bottle

I had to do a 75% WC. My room and the rest of my house started to smell Bc of the water in the tank. I don't know what going on if anyone has input. I added prime and bacteria and my reading are all close to zero
