Tankmates for Bichir

I was wondering what i can put with my bichir? so far i have a goby and my delhezi in a 10g. My parents and i want to upgrade soon. My mom brought home a goldfish and blue gourami... are those good tank mates?
 
I would not recommend puting a goldfish in they are coldwater fish and will add alot to the bioload.The gourami might be ok for abit but I think in the long run might end up as a snack.What kind of goby is it?Also when u upgrade make sure to get a big tank these guys can get up to 17in.

U are giving wrong info. For your information, delhezi wont grow up to 17inch. They max out at 13inch.
Del is nt a lower jaw spesies.

No he's right he said they can get up to. They can get up to about the 17-18" range it's not very common though. In the hobby we usually see dels max out at the 13-16" range unless imported in the larger range
 
What size tank are you upgrading to? I would suggest a minimum of a 36"X12" footprint.

I have never seen or even heard of delhezi getting anywhere close to 17".

I have the 2 largest Delhezi I have ever seen in person and each is just about 12". 1 WC 1 CB

Even the largest delhezi owner in mfk din even reach 14 inch. Neither a wc or cb ones will reach that size. No one hav ever seen a del 17inch. Is it a joke huh?
 
10 gallon tank is way too small for a 13 inch or 17 inch fish. a 55 gallon is probably a good minimum tank size.
