Although In think its cool in one respect, it also lowers the gross value of your body. Like, what women is going to find you attractive with half a prostitute on your leg?
 
WTF?! Although comparing it to some of the other "modifications" I have seen people have done... At least it's mildly humerous. Hey maybe he can convert some lesbians now!

I never really got into implants...but to each their own. Its that guys body...he can do with it what he wants, Im not going to call him or his idea stupid because its his choice to do what he wants to do and look how he pleases.

I think its interesting to say the least, and a very unique and clever add to a wicked tattoo.
