Tattoo... To the Extreme...

Actually im sure that the guy probably gets more T*A than most people because he is atleast memorable in one way or another 
The implants are made of implant grade silicone...they cannot burst...as they are a solid molded structure. If he took a severe blow to the implants what could happen is migration or rejection of the implants themselves. The later would mess up the tatoo if not removed and well the first would probably leave some lop sideded boobies or something fun like that. But the implants used in the mod community are safe and can actually take quite a bit of trauma without having any ill affects happen to the placement or the implant itself. 
and then he falls and scratches that exact spot over the boobs and causes the silicone to move lol or mess up
cool new switch on the tattoo game. Not sure I'd do it w/ a human form tattoo but maybe do something to make my chameleon tat 3D would be cool
