Tea Coloured Water - HELP

Water change, lol. I never use chemicals, lfg will definitely sell you chemicals, I use to work at a lfs lol. Gotta get paid lol. Maybe some of the chemicals might work but i dont use any chemicals in my tanks only meds for the fish if needed.

I agree with the boiling to speed things up and with water changes to reduce the level of tannin dye in the water. The chemicals to remove it generally leave a nasty floculant on surfaces in the tank and as long as the driftwood is still leaching they are only temporary at best.

:iagree: water changes is the way to go. Or if you want to take it out and soak it or boil it like other people said.
