well said!

sorry i dont breed motoros any more, but motoros are deff the way to go even though they get a little bigger then retics.

thats right i forgot vamptrev got to high class for us brown ray owners lol ;)
and you didnt cause any trouble with teacup question but just remember is especially with rays any lfs you go to will give you totally wrong info. but a few clicks of the search button and sticky reading should clear things up.

if you have never owned a ray b4 i would go with the retic. both are verry hardy if cared for correctly but in the chance that something goes wrong the retic or "teacup" also called the " columbian freshwater" ray is the best way to go you will take less of a loss as the motor go for around $150 at most LFS. if you go too aquabid.com you can usualy finde a retic for about $45. or i can sell u one of my pups the next time mine breed...

be patient and get the best quality and price that you can. And oh yeah research you shouldn't need to ask questions if you read the stickies.

if soo can you ship them?? cause i trust you from talking to you on the site lol. and yes just think of me when your selling because in that time i can do my research and get a good idea of what i need in the tank and also good care for the beautiful motoros. :)

I will be able to ship them! And i here you about trust over the internet. I have sold and shipped alot of fish. I will keep you updated! I am working on getting the breeding underway!;)

i would also want to point out to you that a 2ft wide tank will not last that long with any of the rays. reticulated grow to about 12-14inch disc and an additional 12-14inch tail, so you're looking at 24-28 inchs of ray. a 2 ft tank is not wide enough. motoros grow even bigger.
i purchased 2 retics in feb or march. they were roughly 6-7 inches long, disc and tail. the male alone is now over 18 inches long. that's only about 7 months now. they grow pretty fast.
