Tell Me About Your LOW TECH Setups

Hey guys, just thought I'd start a fun thread where you guys can share pictures of your low tech tanks. Whether it be planted or not, tell me about it and post pictures please. The picture I've posted is my low tech planted 125, no CO2 or ferts of any kind. Very happy how this tank has turned out and love how self sustainable it is. Recently left for a month and both plants and fish are great. Now let me see yours!

Can I get more low tech than this? Lol! Pair of discus & the start of a java moss wall along with a heater, internal filter & light. It's a 30 gallon cube.

Ha I don't think it can. Sweet set up, sometimes you just gotta get back to the basics. Lol

Yes, jungle Val. I'm loving how out of control its getting and how it stretches across half the tank lol

Here's a few of my low tech with plants. I occasionally add Metricide and basic liquid ferts..

My low tech refugium / snail farm / pothos / nitrate controller 29 gallon. Runs from a tee on my return pump and back thru a filter sock into my sump. My megalodoras loves fresh snails. Running a zoo med dual t5, I dose with flourish occasionally. There is a baby L114 in there too.
