i have other tigers/fish that were in the same tank, they're all ok and doing great. This guy is a new addition though, so it may be from the stress. There was fighting between this guy and another, but nothing tigers don't usually do. I've only had him for bout 2 weeks and he still hasn't eaten. Still swimming around like normal and acting normal, no flashing or nothin'. I wish he would eat though, cause he prob needs the energy to recover.

Thanks for the advice, I'll keep updating.

What have you tried feeding him? At this rate i'd even try feeders

Addison- exactly that: simply the stress of transportation is enough to bring out the lumps/spots.
The same happened when my friend sold a few ST, they were big 16 inch plus and these bumps appeared soon after transport and placed in new tank.

We all know that the large ST often DO NOT travel well in polybox.
It's good the big spot has subsided. You seem to be doing the right things/ good water etc.
Keep the salt levels up. Replenish salt with eery water change for a while. Keep us posted.

Update...

Everything is looking better, all bumps have gone down and what appeared to be white fungus is gone. The first bump that went down has some white stuff on it.

A pic of him just for kicks...

I'll keep updating his progress.

Update...

All bumps have gone down and popped like zits, some still have that white stringy stuff hanging. Still swimming around like normal and acting normal,
Just hasn't eaten. He's acting like he's about to eat then stops short of actually taking the food.

I'll update with pics soon...Hopefully no more bumps appear

Good the bumps have gone down. Let's hope he starts eating soon. If he doesn't then the problems could be worse than the spots .
What makes it harder to judge is we all know how fussy tigers can be with feeding once moved to a new tank. The factthat they can take up to 6 weeks after moving before feeding : only
Proovea how stressful polybox transportation can affect these fish .

How is it doing so far?
