Well, I'll say it for myself: I'll never buy a new Tenecor tank. I'm sure they will read this thread at some point. Seems like the company is spiraling down the drain at this point anyway.

Wow I never knew a company could be like this. Where are their MFK reps? I'd really open up a case against them. How much did you spend in total on the tank?
Yeah.....I am looking at buying a 240 acrylic in a couple of years. They have lost my business for sure. I won't ever buy a new tenecore just because of how this was all handled.

With quality and service like this, while they may not be out of business now they will be soon.
Rent a small truck and drive it back to them. They wouldn't have been able to ignore you face to face. That's just too much money to have wasted on something that was defective from the factory. What a headache I feel for you.
i paid enough for the tank lol. i do care about my money but im not going to stress out over it. ive already sent a complaint to the BBB and will be contacting the attorney general today. the more complaints filed against tenecor, the faster they go out of business. i want to make sure that they dont get away so easy!!!!!!!
