i am wanting to add a nice school of tetras to my 75g geophagus tank.

i would like suggestions on some nice tetras for my tank.

my current stocklist is as follows.

2 - A. Heckelli
2 - G. Abalios
2 - G. Altifrons
2 - G. Brachybrancus
2 - G. Red Head Tapajos
2 - S. Jurupari
1 - S. Lecousticta

which species of tetras would be good for this tank with the geos i have longterm?

i want a large shoal, atleast 20 fish maybe more depending on adult size.

also, i would like to know what numbers of each species of tetra i should keep.
idealy the maximum number i could keep.

I kept a school of 50+ black neons with my Oheads for over a year.

Also check out red eye tetras

I've got a big shoal of Lemons, Rathbuni Bloodfins (which are being replaced soon), as well as Oto's and Pencilfish with my Orange Heads.

Picking up some award winning locally bred Rosy and Glowlight Tetra for my Rio Essequibo biotope on Tuesday and won't have any issues. They'll be in with my S. leucosticta.

how about black phantoms?

Both black and red phantoms prefer much cooler water than your current geo's would, so I wouldn't recommend it. Four eye phantoms are from Guyana though, and would work.

would alarge shoal of 1"+ black neons work?

i really dont want really big tetras:|
and i want a species that will contrast well with my geos coloration.

also, what species of corydoras would be good, i want like 12-15 cories aswell.
