What have you been feeding them? What are the exact water parameter ph, ammonia, natrite and nitrate?
Try adding 1 tablespoon per 5g of epsom salt, melafix and tetracycline. Their are many different kind of salt out there that contain different amount of mineral that can do more damage to your fish. That's why it's best to use epsom salt and not just any salt you see. Also those red look like internal bleeding and trying to escape causing that severe popeye and anal bleeding.

I've been feeding Hikari massivore, and tilapia. Water parameters are ammonia,.25. Nitrite,0. Nitrate,5. Ph, 7.

How long you been reading ammonia at .25ppm? If you said u had those turgs for 6 months and already have cloudy eyes. That could be from the ammonia not going down to zero. Tank may not be fully cycled. Ammonia poisong symptoms are: Lethargic, Not eating, Gasping hard, Inflamed gills,Red streaks or inflammation in the gills and Inflamed eyes or anus, blood coming out of eyes or anus.

Sounds like that might possibly be the cause. they were eating just fine ad don't appear to be gasping or lethargic. But clearly from the pictures the one had blood and inflamed eyes and anus . The tanks cycled I'm sure of that but maybe it's the ammonia. Is Epsom salt ok to use after I've added API aquarium salt? Can I do water changes even though I have already started with melafix

API salt is fine or u can mix both. But make sure u add the right mix dosages. When u add melafix best to just monitor in 3-5 days the do water changes so the med will have to work.
How do you know how to Mix the dosages. Thanks for all your help

I usually add 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons. So if u gonna add Epson and API. Do half of each to fill a tablespoon.
