Nice carp, pretty much like mine, just a lil dull. try to get a dull colored or dark substrate, white is making it look washed out.

just bought a escondido from jeff rapps(tangled up in cichlids)he is about 2 inches but eats like a pig and pushes all my other fish around even my blackbelt(also from jeff)only had them a few days and they ate within an hour,jeff is the man to see,i will post pics later on today,his colors are great even at such a small size

those are amazing pictures and thats a beautiful fish. my tex doesnt have the color you all have. he is like 3 inches but more grey. he is a mom and pop lfs purchase. do you think he will be less grey with age. more spots possibly. ****ty picture. but ill try and get another profile.
