I would love to take the credit for such great pictures but they are not mine. Danger Chicken is the photographer and they are his fish. My camera sucks! I couldn't take pictures like that if i wanted to.

Great pics and fish. I had a texas dig under a divider to try and kill a convict on the other side. Lucky I got home in time. I think you would have to worry more about the tex being killed. Texas (cyanos) are very crazy and will take on any fish no matter what.

The tex is a mean bastard. I wire tied the grate at the top and put a heavy rock on each side at the bottom to keep that thing in place. He's actually a carprintis (green texas). Scientific names are too hard for me to spell and speak so I usually go with common. I try to learn the scientific names so when I'm looking for something I can try to make sure I get the right thing, but then go back to simple.

Yup...mine was a cyano, and the temperment is the same.
