Here's my contribution: he's a 4.5" Vontehillo. I've also got his sister, who is a little bigger but not as colorful in my 240, so they don't decide to breed.

I actually thought it was female and was hoping for you guys 2 confirm. I was told she was a male when purchased but loved the fish either way so still got her. He is another pic I took the same time as her. Havnt got any more recent ATM as I am havin tannin probs with the drift wood I recently added.

That's a female def...one thing I can say with all me Texas I had blk spot in dorsal fin 95% female

If you want Texas Blues, bring a net to New Orleans and get as many as you want. They took over down here. I have THOUSANDS a few feet from my patio, spawning Like crazy too.
