Texas laid eggs....

Sometime today. I left for work this morning aroudn 545 and just made it home around 8 and thats when I noticed them.
They look fertilized to me but it's hard to say from that pic. They'll start to turn white after 24hrs if they aren't. You may get a few whites but the fish will take care of them. If you don't see a whole bunch of white eggs by this time tomorrow your going to have a baby! I'd take the other fish out so they don't get killed but that's just me. If your water is clean and they are fanning the eggs you shouldn't have any trouble with fungus, cichlids are amazing parents. Once they are free swimming I like to feed Hikari first bites and live micro worms if I have them, BBshrimp are too much work for me. Nice looking pair.
Thanks dangerchicken. I will sure update everyone about everything. Just checked them this morning and the parents are still there guarding the nest. I really hope some are fertile
