The TFD order into Chicago has been cancelled. Sorry to all who were in the group order, PM's were sent to you all. You can still go on with your order, but unfortunately I'm dropping out. Sorry for the inconvenience.
So I called TFD today and spoke with Joe, about availability and ordering. Heres how the conversation ended.
Me: Do you have any of those 6 inch silver dats left?
Joe: No when did you check the list?
Me:Earlier this week
Joe: We have the smaller ones but they are the same price.
Me: Hmmm, OK, how about those widebars? Do you have any pics of those?
Joe: We dont have time to take pics. Do you know what a dat looks like?
Me: Yes, I have a couple of them.
Joe: Well they look like that.
Me: Well the widebars dont all look the same.
Joe: Well theres alot of petshops in Chicago, you can go in there and look down their throats and up their ***es if you want, and buy the fish from them.
Me: Thanks, bye.
Joe, I hope you dont speak to all yor customers this way. We had an order ready to go of over $200 and this is how you treat your customers? Its surprising you still do business. I guess "The customer comes first" isnt a policy over at TFD. This is the age of the internet, unfortunately for you, good customer service spreads fast, but bad customer service spreads even faster. Good Luck with your business, as you wont see any of mine.
