Ok first I've ordered from TFD, (and would be like to be able to again) actually talked with Joe, and maybe I caught him on a good/slow day because he was very helpful informative and honest.
I tend to appreciate people who call it like they see it, especially when they're over 21 have jobs, mortgages etc.
Yeah customer service is nice but there is no pleasing some people and for 100 bucks, or whatever, if ya don't need the money why put up with the
bulls**t.

2 - quality
3 - service
4 - personality
But you will not get all four from anyone that has to pay thousands of dollars a month in overhead and payroll.
If you want to see the fish before you buy it go to a LFS and if you need info on care ask someone here or go to your LFS (and get the wrong info....LOL)
Joe I am happy with the quality fish and price and heck I even get service.
If you guys think Joe is a little short with you try dealing with the local wholesale wharehouse.........

Who knows what went on as no one but the poster and joe knows the conversation.. were too many quesitons being asked? was it polite? etc. It's all hearsay. I will agree that this looks like bad CS but what can you do. Not everyone has the patience. And if I was treated this way I wouldn't buy either, but if they can stand to lose customers this way then let them.

Considering that the normal 'sight-unseen' lfs markup is an average 300% on livestock, I'd let them talk shibby about my mother before I give up that large-list resource. (Not that I'd ever think he'd make use of that advantage, mind you).
Cant believe there are people talking about fighting each other over poor customer service issues. Come on guys, lets all be civil.. No need to fight over this kind of stuff, if you dont like them just dont buy from them again. Its pretty plain and simple...
