I thought we were supposed to acclimate them by floating the bags in the water . . . But they weren't floating like that for too long cause I opened the bags after about 10 minutes and tried to get them used to the water. I'll keep that in mind next time, thanks for the heads up.:nilly:

David is right bud...... those are Gordon Breather Bags, not your typically plastic bags that you would float to acclimate fish. That's why they were wrapped in paper towels so they wouldn't touch eachother also while being shipped. These bags are not designed for being used as double-bagged either.

So how would I go about acclimating fish that come in breathing bags? Opening them and transferring them to regular plastic bag that is floating in the tank? Sorry, was my first time getting fish in the mail. XP
