That size wont put out the 600V. a 7ft will though. Yours will run a blender that if you stuck your finger in would probably lob it off though. Oh and if you think that E-Eels is a pus then just think about what it would do to your peice you call a piranha. They don't have many preditors and there is a reason. If you want to know what they feel like it's pretty close to rubber. Touch him. He wont do anything you wont wake up from.
