For sens the best bet is prob petsolutions ... But I wouldn't get a sen as they r massbred/inbred like crazy unles u can find a wild caught one witch is unlikely ... Is go for some dels ..laps..ornates...etc. they so much cooler lookin .. besides once u get something other than a sen that's when the addiction really starts

haha fair enough! Im heading to another LFS tonight so hopefully they'll have some of the other types at smaller size. Which one out of the other species you mentioned stay the smallest? (I know they all get big haha)

No not all get big ... U can get bietikofori .. Idk how to spell that one ...Senegals... Palmas palmas .. Palmas Polly .. Delhezi... Retropinnis... That's just some I can't think of all I'm sure another mfk member can name u a couple others ... But all of those stay 14" or under from my knowledge ... I'm more into the bigger species so I'm not the best reference for upper jaws lol

But u can check out aqautic day care I no they have a few of those in stock at a decent price ... And the guy will work with u and give u all the info u need to no about everything lol ... Ja r good but I don't think they have any upper jaws in right now not for sure tho
