I got this same sand a couple weeks ago and have it in all my tanks! Looks amazing and yes it was super dirty lol

Went to Home Depot and they did have the "all purpose" but, it's not the same. It's much lighter and smaller than shown here. I talked to a store manager and asked if it's different around different areas of the country due to heavy weight and low cost in regards to freight. They said yes, it's made regionally and varies. Found some "paver base sand" that was similar though, not as dark as what's in video, but darker than PFS or shown in video and has some small rocks in it too.

Definitely varies from location. Picked some up from Lowes and was much finer and lighter in color then shown on your the video. But does match very nicely with PFS. Also bought Quikrete Multi purpose gravel to mix in for variety. Both were filthy from the bag and the sand was still PITA to clean. The gravel was very easy and took only three rinses to clean it.
