The best "Wet Pet" ?

Probably been done to death, but i have had a look and can't find anything.

What CA/SA in your opinion makes the best "wet pet" ?

Anyone have any exceptions to the rule ? Something that is not supposed to be very owner responsive, that is ?

all these suggestions are great, I've had a lot of them in the past but the best one i've ever had was
Amphilophus Urophthalmus aka the mayan cichlid.
