Very nice Venom!
Keep and eye on the flapper valves. In a year or so when you are doing a water change and you hear "chug, chug, chug, chug" keep an you on the sump level.
During a recent blackout a frind of mine had his set up overflow that way.
I have since replaced all my flappers with some from a local sprinkler shop.

You could not have chosen a better company to deal with! CONGRATS!

Excellent advise, thank you very much for that tip. I wont forget it!

Looks great but just one honest word of advice from experience.... the hoses attached to the bulkheads on the outside of the sump and to you pump should really have hose clamps on them. Zip ties can loosen over time and just blow off pretty easy with enough pressure

Yeah when I first hit the switch on this thing and saw it in action the first thing I thought was uhhhh yeah im putting hose clamps on all that ***** lol.

nicccce bradddaa!!!! finally! i am glad you went with a sumpp.. you should return those gen x and go with reeflos!

Anything wrong with Genx? I didnt choose them, thats what came with the turnkey system I bought.

Thanks to everyone for all the props! Been waiting a long time for a setup like this. To answer the stocking questions its all gonna be pretty much Cichla. Some Orinos, Mono, Kelberi, a Lenticulata pike. Later down the road when I find the right ones an Occelaris and an Azul to complete my collection. As far as the type of wood, I have no clue. These pieces have been sitting in a LFS for quite awhile and ive been looking at them. Finally got a tank big enough to use them. They look really gnarly. Heres a few more pics, it looks awesome!
