In a matter of seconds they can go from round to slots, at least for cresties and relatives. My giant day gecko has big round pupils, much dumber eyes, less going on up there.

Me and my grandma call it a fungus amungus. No idea the real name, some people call them shrek ears. I also have a wandering jew which grown so fast and provide great coverage.

Crestie pupils also go HUGE at night. My brother is using small anthuriums, pothos, peace lily, ferns and some others for the full setup he's building.

Gold dust are nice! The giant day’s more colorful, 6 inch cousin.
It isn’t any particular species, just a blend of day gecko looks. I find it matches giant more because there isn’t much yellow on the geico gecko. Both look similar though.
