The dream tiger???

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I believe beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you stop viewing the Short-bodied as a defect, it is actually a really beautiful fish. After all, as long as it can eat properly and swim properly, its a healthy fish. Reminds me of a SW fish, just can't remember the name.

Different people like different things
I personally wouldn't care if someone said a fish I owned had a defect
But I would never buy a fish with a defect in the first place

It just in Asia a fish with a defect can be worth 10 x the price of a perfect fish I also can't understand which defects are worth big money and others are worth nothing

Take a aro if it has a bent twisted body they put a flash name on it like super red king aro and charge top Monet for it but if a aro has drop eye a barbel missing or twisted fins it's worth nothing

I have seen the silly crazies start in Singapore on AF before one person gets a patch ST I think the first person to get one was marshy and before you know it the whole of Singapore is looking for patchy ST

I wouldn't be surprised that if you go to AF within the next few months everyone will be looking for SB tiger I saw the same thing happen with short body kong Ming

For me I look for perfection or as close to it as I can find why anyone would buy a deformed pet when they have a pick of many normal ones I can't understand and never will

What's kong ming?

The SB IT should not price more then 10 time higher normal price. Since it is a defect fish. Maybe you are willing to pay for it but this is crazy. If you have a choice to be SB human do you want it? For me, noway. I know sometimes it is very difficult to compare a human and a fish. There is why I guess only the fish know that they are defeat. Eveyone have their own preference so it is good to know that you love the fish and willing to pay higer price to own and taking good care of the fish. As long as you like it end of the story. Thanks for sharing.

It could have been your 1st post or your 10,000th post it would have been the same reply from me it looks crap like a tiger parrot fish I bet it even wobbles around like a parrot fish when it swims

If cute is the best word you have to describe a top pred like a tiger that says it all really

No matter what word i used, you just will not accept it.

Sorry to disappoint you, its feeding fine and swims like any tiger

Its not up to you to decide the price, its the seller. I paid for a crazy price because its rare, very rare.

Who wants to be defect given a choice?

Thanks I love this fish a lot despite the price. Yes end of story, willing buyer and willing seller.

I dont understand the criticism, it is pointless. How hard is it to understand that someone likes this fish?

I personally do not. I am more likely to pick the fish thats being beat up or that has a missing fin. I like to give them a nice life and I have been very happy with my fish. My jaguar was a runt and had lost a fin, hes a great pet. My new chocolate cichlid was getting killed by its tankmate in the store, I bought it half dead and almost totally black. Shes my favorite fish now.

Things dont have to be perfect to be valuable.
