from what I understand, both chilis and bloods are both considered supers
- chilis are the more beefcake of the two
- chilis have a diamond point tail, bloods have wide fans
- chilis have redder bugged out eyes, bloods are normal sized and whiter
- chilis are more chili colored and bloods are more blood colored
right or wrong, thats how Ive been telling them apart for a while now

besides my kickass answer, is there any other ways, anyone?
X2 i agree with your response on telling a chili from a blood. Done the research myself and found that list you created is true.

Nowadays there are a lot of cross-breed, it is difficult to tell the difference between Super Red and Chilli Red.

To me, as long as the arowana is red it doesn't matter whether it is Super Red or Chilli Red.

It's because chili red is under the name of super red arowana.

Super Red Arowana = Chili red and blood red = grade 1 red
Red Arowana = Orange red and yellow red = grade 2 red
Bangar red arowana aka 1.5 red arowana = red x green
Tong yan aka Rose gold = red x gold

Also chili and blood have been mix together so difference are now hard to tell apart.
