I’m such a softie....giving her one more chance, she just looked lonely in the QT. she is playing much better with others with the bigger polys in the tank. She is pilling and Soba chases her around lol. she probably just needs to be with other polys and fish who are dominant and bigger than her. Or the one-poly poly.I was just curious because so many people say when there's aggression - add more Polys. And I really don't think that that is the solution for all fish. Some are just inherently aggressive (like my Palmas). But for a second there I thought maybe it worked in your case.
I've seen the difference, also. The Palmas that I had that was really aggressive would take chunks out of Udon. The Teug that was nipping at Polli really was just nipping and not causing any real damage. That had actually improved recently, too. I think that in that case adding more Polys or switching things around could help. But with the fish like my Palmas or your Moke, not so much.
Manson was meant to be a one-poly poly.
I think she is too rough for the current crew who obviously like passively relaxing and swimming around like dolphins. Will give the moke a try one more time in the big tank, then if she acts up back in the QT.
Hopefully, will get some news soon about the day I can ship her.
