That spot is actually a short 80 minute drive roughly. I'm spoiled by my areas endless fishing possibilities.

Thanks, yeah i love the aggression of native brookies. Even the really little guys are ferocious fly eaters. I caught a nice bow the other day, nothing like the ones gangster has been posting but a fat 16" made me happy, forgot the phone in the car tho so no pics this time. Right now Im pretty much strictly ice fishing so Ill be slowing down on the fly fishing, but when i do get out there again soon ill be chasing after some atlantic salmon and more trout, and will keep you guys updated with pics. Gangster, where in the are you located? Your fish are quality specimens.
