Monster Fish Keepers is my home within my home...my other extended family... friends i have grown to care for and who's knowledge i admire... and friends who have shared with me...so i can learn even more...friends that are there for you morning, noon or night.... friends that your not bothering...but instead you bring delight... just quiet moments thinking .. gazing at the site..or advice and insight when you need it bad... or lots of reassurance when your feeling sad..someone.. listens.. it is many things all wrapped into one... and many things each and every time i click here...Once your in theres no excape.... you even miss it when its late... but tommorrow is another day... another day with MFK !!!lol
I have learned a lot from the members and hopefully taught a thing or two. I have had a chance to meet a lot of wonderful, and some not so wonderful, people even if it is only on the site and not in person. It makes me laugh, keeps me interested in the hobby and is generally the only place I go. And it really annoys the wife.
I come here because its a whole other society! I love seeing what pix people have posted and helping with other peeps problems. I love the cheer fulbanter in the lunger even though im not a lounger user.
Its a nice change from the people on sites such as practical fishkeeping ove rin the UK who will flame you if you add more than 10 tetras to a 2x1x1

I love the members eg. sPIZ, onion, The master, Gr8, peanut etc.. But of course my best friend over here LIZ.
This forum has helped me though some bad ties where my dad nearly died and was in hospitial, when i was having a bad patch and was very depressed. Youve all helped me through this.
Without MFK i wouldnt be keeping most of the fish i currently do, i would have more money but i wouldnt be as happy. Thank you so much for making the forum what it is everybody!

I live on this thing, my wife teases me that I spend more time on than with her. I have cut back to almost only this site. A lot of what I know about fish is from talking, find answers for, or meeting members of this site. So of my best friends are on this site. AND YES I HAVE REAL FRIENDS... They all just get on here too!
I once had friends off this site, who were not into fish. I do not see them much anymore. I am too busy with MFK and my fish! I go nuts without this place... so banning me is truly a punishment. I may go insane!!!!!!!!!!
