Nice set up, triggered. The EBJD definitely won't be able to keep up with a group of O's. Good luck with the new O's.
Op it certainly is nice to see someone having the correct approach to keeping Oscars.
Personally I would do a pair and build an s/a community around them.
Leporinus, chalceus or silver dollars could work in groups. Pim cats like blochii or ornatus would work. Ornatus are beautiful.

You mentioned on the other thread gett8ng another fx6 eventuallly. For big bioloads 8 would recommend eheims 2262. It’s a little more but just a beast, so much media..... crazy really.
