The joys of havin an E-Cat

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i'm with DeLgAdo on this one, the e-cat is a better fish then the jar. the e-cat would have got him during the night so he had had plenty of time in the tank before i found him to revive.

this e-cat had been in with a fare few types of fish before it went in my tank, it was a risk but i wanted the e-cat in a large tank

With so many resources on the net I can't quite figure out why you would put anything in the tank with the E-cat. Love them or hate them they have demands, one being that they should be kept isolated. Sad to see such a beautiful jardini dying when this could have been avoided with a little reading.:(

That is one of the saddest preventable things that i have read on MFK that happened to an Arow.. that is pitiful.. You are not a Keeper ...... :nilly:

no $h1t....holy christ....relax:chillpill: guys:chillpill: ..........I've got aE-cat in with my africans (125 gal) and the only unaccounted for fish are a few small fry.......I have only seen him 1 time in the last 2 months though............very good at hide and seek...........tell you the truth though...............if i see him again and can catch him he will go the way of my green tiger botia (LFS, store credit)...........as I would hate to lose my 4, 4 - 6'' fronts!!!!:)

Incase you guys didn't notice, Claypac is in Aus. Over here (aus) ecats are a hell of a lot more expensive then a jardini and much more impressive.
