Don't think that's photoshopped.. think that's the way they keep it. God that thing is nice.

IIRC, they caught it out of the river and put it in there to take a picture. I doubt they kept it permanantly, it probably went onto the dinner table.

So basicly what your telling us is that you like a box of water that looks like the south end of a north bound mule...

Theres a 200+ gallon tank for sale on Ebay fairly cheap with 10 drilled and capped holes in it...just think of the Rube Goldburgh plumbing possibilities...

Sorry for sounding like I'm attacking your personal 'style' but seriously thats a LACK of style in my book. It reminds me of the nasty zoo's of 20 years ago with a Bengal Tiger in a chain link 12' x 8' box with a concrete floor...

Well, I still find that the tank i posted is better looking than all the other tanks posted on this thread, or in any thread. Empty all those tanks. Compare the empty tanks to this little tank I posted....

you mean that box with an octopus in it? Is the octopus even real? I suppose it does have a sterile-esque beauty to it. Not my type though...

Yes, it is gorgeously geometrical and simple. The look of the tank is that which an architect might have created.

everyone is entitled to their opinion....not that I think it is THE most beautiful tank, but it is nice...

Isn't the point of an aquarium is to create a personal statement using all aspects, fish, water, etc.

Why on a forum concerning fishkeeping would you be trying to make a point regarding an empty fish tank? :screwy::banhim:

it seems to me that pics of tanks posted in this thread have been judged according to what is inside of them (fishes, aquascaping) in addition to the tank system itself.

If we judge the tank system itself, I think we might all agree that the tank I posted is a fine machine indeed. I am yet to see a finer tank system.

Follow this thread, and the first link, and you will see a finer tank system. One that takes a physicl law and beatifully puts it on display.

(It's the Oita tank)

Also, what's with all this "I might show me mine if you show me yours?"
It's like playing truth or dare with a Barbie doll.

I would rather look at my 125 or 100 full of pbass personally. It's just a cube.
