One of the lfs here have a platinum for 60,000 and a red for 30,000 and a bunch in between.(Aro's)
I would be less than a man if my wife found out I spent that much on a fish. LOL

That's a nice fish but IMO not worth 30k.. While it's huge, only in the last pic does it look a whole lot different than a normal barramundi. Snow barra would be alot better. That gar IMO is the better 30k fish.

that's not chump change to people like yourself, i am personally not rolling in money as may people think, i just don't spend it as wisely as other people may, and i think a good deal before spending an investent on fish or more, which DIE if mistakes are made. 30k is alot of money to spend on a fish for myself, but for people such as yourself or other in japan it's not that much comapared to other fish. that's all i'm saying.

wouldnt catch me paying silly money for anything albino, snow or what ever you want to call it i like my fish with color

not a Gargantuan amount but i make a fair amount i'll be honest, but not enough to warrent 30k on a fish 1-2k is alright. i also have no kids or family like that, to have to spend my money on...
