i kept calling them to find out what was going on...i placed the order on the 21st...the funds came out on the 21st...i paid for next day overnite shipping yet got my fish today the 27th...they didn't ship them till yesterday...that was the only thing that was getting me...when i ordered from TFD all the fish were in there own bags and the styrofoam was good and thick...the bass was in one bag and the aros were in another...they had rubber bands instead of crimped steal, no signature required so the fed-ex guy can leave it on you freezing door step till you find it( i was looking for the truck from 7:45am till i got them at 1:00pm as i didn't want him to just leave it)...the little things that help prevent this type of close calls were lacking..but overall i have all my fish alive and they must have been quality to have servived that ordeal if they were crap fish i would have all dead fish...

3 aros died due to the egg sack issues from shipping...the other 7 are living together with no fights and all are eatting...once their egg sacks are gone i will add my 3-4" silver that i have aswell...for a total of 8 in the comm. of silvers...
