I think it's gotten to the point where the black, white, and itty bitty red volta are mixed, therefore, traits are all over the place. Labeling should be done by the distributors who know exactly which volta its caught. These three rivers branch off of Lake Volta. So, they 'Volta Endli' to me. Just my opinion.

Imo the endli black volta has a darker base color like mines and the endli white volta has a lighter color base like the one you have vancouver, for the patterns imo the black volta has a bolder pattern than the white volta. Its one of the reason i wanna get a white volta endli, so i can compare them

I had a Volta Endli. I got it at 13" from Toyin and it grew to 18" in a few months. I'm not sure which region its from tho. Black or white or red.

I haven't tried to hand feed him, but let's just say he was in a storage bin for 3.5 hours in the back of an SUV, got into the tank at 12:30am, and out ate everyone else by 1:30... Definitely not a shy fish haha
