I never thought about painting the bottom....

I will be doing the exact setup as my other 2 tanks. 35 gal reactor, 8500 evolution pump, 4-2" drains into filter socks, and a drip. This design is flawless in my eyes and the systems run great

I dont think they have metal. Pretty sure its plastic

Wow! Great looking room. What is in the compartments under each filter sock? And how do you get the socks to stay up like that?
