In my hand is a Snapping Turtle skull, probably the thing I am most proud of, because I found and stripped it myself. The big thing on the right is one of those "DANGER, THIN ICE" signs, which me and my friends found at the bottom of a lake. I guess they werent lying. Aside from animal stuff, I also have a fishing reel and some really really reeeeeaaaally old rowboat parts I found in the lake.

In the olden days, some might throw you in river to see you float or think... ;)

Ecoli: Awesome razor fish (Centriscus strigatus). It's from the miocene deposits in Italy.

This piece is called an Aspiration specimen. It's a juvie Mioplosis lambracoides that choked to death trying to swallow a too large Knightia alta. I collected this at a pay-to-dig site in Kemmerer, Wy (Warfield Springs) back in the '70s. The specimen is from the eocene (50,000,000 years) deposits of the Green River Formation.

I can't edit anymore. :( Why do they show up in the mother-thread and not here? I figured it'd be the same principle...
*thought she was clever, is sad*

The ones you fixed didn't work...I think I'm gonna hafta try again...And either download all the pics on my laptop or gave everyone repost their pics...

Oddball, the link you provided for the pic is not right...

Prior to my marriage, I collect fossils, mainly fish fossils(no surprise). One of my goals is to try and collect every species of fish in the Green river formation. Really never came close as I could have never afforded a stingray or a gar for instance. I do have a two foot specimen of a Notogoneus.(in my garage as my wife do not want the museum look to the house)

As promised:naughty:
Like I said, I wont list everything and its backstory because I'm a lazy teenager, so if anyone is wondering about anything in the picture, dont be afraid to ask.
