I don't think they have them anymore with the pallid sturgeon craze. I got them a few years ago at 3". I will check I know it was hell getting them and I'm not sure they would sell out of state.
Here's my biggest and my drunk buddy this was this spring I was checking to see if my females had eggs. Had carp hormone in hand.
Update I checked dropped shovelnose breeding program. If mine ever spawn I'm sure you'll see the post

I would appreciate it if you checked, I doubt they'd ship unless someone bought it and shipped him to my house =). An ounce of weed….$250, a big mac combo...$7, a 16 oz bud light…$1, holding a sturgeon afterwards…priceless. For everything else you can just send me a sturgeon.
If they had them I'd do it if you paid for gas it is only a 283 mile drive one way
I'm sure if I opened myself a gofundme account I could get enough funds together for gas. If not I'll just stick with a starlet.
I'd be happy to take some pallids too haha. I need a take a nice rough fishing trip out to the Midwest sometime so I can bring home some shovelnose sturgeon and shortnose gar
.I've been reading and someone said although wild starlet sturgeons can get up to 1.2 meters the average starlet kept in a small pond only reaches around 2 feet and is healthy. Is that true?
Like all fish growth is determined by a number of factors ie water quality, area, food, genetics, temp etc. I don't think you can say this fish will get this big. Most max sizes are averages of wild Caught specimens. It is possible.
