Might by getting some more perch myself this weekend. That is, if I have time after fishing Sunday, possibly some banded killies too.

Perch are cool...but Ive had no luck keeping them. My best batch grew to about 8 inches then just mysteriously died off...so needless to say my tank is now going to be a sunfish/pickerel/catfish tank haha

Yeah I know they're so hard to keep. Because of that I plan on grabbing 12-18 ~2" fish so if I have a big die out I still have a lot left. Although we did decide we're taking our fly fishing trip next week so I'll probably hold out on the perch until the next time we go up in 2 weeks.

I'd be pretty mad if all my perch randomly died haha I have 5 now in the holding tank I'll keep them in there for awhile until I know they're disease free.

There was a guy in upstate New York under the website coolwaterfishfarms.com that I bought 4 yellowe perch fingerlings. They were like $5 a pop and $40 for shipping. Guy was super nice and cool sent me I think 8 fish and only charged me for 4. Just did a quick internet search but can't find the site anymore. Hopefully if you guys want them bad enough you can find his new site if he has one. Did see that there is information on the fish farm still. Might of just dropped the initial website he advertised them for aquariums.
