Thanks Tony they are around around 6” to 7”. The kel and Azul are on the smaller end. I need to get my Kelberi on pellets. Right now he only will take blood worms, hopefully soon so he colors up. There’s some nice green and blue on his fins and Spangling on his fins that the camera doesn’t quite get.

Nice grow out thread. Giving me inspiration with these kels and the brokos. I have five kels myself but they are CB Bahias from Wes. I hope they turn out nice. What are you keeping them with?

Thanks mrrobxc This Kel has been with 2 broko’s and stingrays since I got it from Jeff right now it’s in a 180 gallon with just one broko the other one out grew these two now he is in general population and is learning how to be an aggressive feeder. I am hoping to move 2 orino’s and a Rio doce Kel in with them soon I’m power feeding these 3 to put on some size quickly.

Im sure they will especially since you picked them up from Wes. I am excited to see your 600 gallon up and running and seeing these guys grow in your care, top notch filtration experienced fish keeper equals beautiful fish.

Thank you sir. I can’t wait either. Just wish I can find more time and have some help. I gotta get my stand painted but need help lifting it upright. Wife is too weak to help.

I know this thread is old old but it’s one that motivated me to get my hands on some Rio Parana kels. Got these 2 from TUIC this past September and they have really started putting on size lately.
