I dont see any anal spangling at all on any of these guys

It takes time pal. You keep saying the same thing over and over but you haven't payed any attention what everyone's response has been. All of these fish are 5" plus. Their fins are super iridescent and some markings are starting to form but the light has to hit them the right way. As I and a few other have mentioned around the forum to you already, the spangling is going to take time to develop. These aren't Bahias brother. If you know anything about cichla especially kelberi, it's a known factor that some of the nicest bass don't develop until a pretty big; some 10" plus.

Very nice bOOst. They are growing very nicely. I feel sorry for the one with his jaw locked open. Hope it recovers.

You my friend are very missed in the cichla forum you crack me up

Yes Kels take time....And they are like a fine wine, they only get better with age.
