Im letting it go but I just want to say one last thing.
It was fun...more than ive ever had online before. It was like hanging out with your close friends making inside jokes and being goofy just for the heck of it. Never on the normal forum have I felt like I was making GOOD friends...there its just peers. I made more GOOD friends in two days than I ever have online before. If you actually read the thread you would see its all harmless goofing off and many times was full of acts of kindness towards each other. Its was a really great time for those involved and had a comradery I have never seen in a forum before. And I know as some of you have said that made you feel "alienated" but look at the thread...no one was ever turned down...everyone was accepted and others even spent time and effort making them welcome and even making them a freaking seal...all in the name of fun and community. never was it a real competition other then amongst ourselves to see what we could do. And yes at times it overflowed, but if you read the thread you would see that that issue was discussed and being dealt with so that it would not be a problem in the future. I see where you guys are coming from because I agree that it should stay in the lounge and only in threads discussing teams, but locking it down without any warning what so ever was drastic and uncalled for. All that was needed was some examples of what was going wrong and what we could do to avoid it. And for all the moaners I hope your happy you ruined our fun. Dont knock it till you try it.
