The Rapps Orino thread!!!

My little guys are experiencing a slight ick breakout =/ hard to image any ick surviving in the tank since there's so much salt in there and the temps are 87-89*. They've easily doubled in size and the spangling around their spots are starting to develop but not to the point where it can be captured on camera =/.

They're getting less blood worms each day and more food sticks and krill.

i can barely see them lol, too dark. i got mine on 2x feedings per day of bloodworms and 1x feeding of guppies. they sure do love the live foods

Jcardona are you crushing pellets and mixing them in w/ the bloodworms? GIves them a taste for pellets that way. Then you can keep upping the pellets into the blood worms. ONce they get used to it and will hit them once they hit the water....then try straight pellets.

Update on my 3 .. all still doing good. Got them in a 75 g now temp at 86* and all they are eating is Freeze dried krill x2 a day sometimes x3. Have not fed them feeders once yet and dont really plan on it . Sorry for others loses and on the other side it is nice to see some peoples are doing good and getting big. Ill try to get up for pics tonight

do you see it? look closely, you can see the famous orino-style 4 gold spots starting to form around the black markings its very obvious on two of them. the others, not so much yet. just a matter of time!!
