The reckoning

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The pattern on this guy is amazing. I have been wondering who is going time breed first in the tank other than the fish that already do regularly. The Leo is the largest male but this other male who is second largest has really had some major growth with his claspers. In one month they have doubled to trippled in size. Enjoy the pic . Can't wait till he gets even larger.

The smaller one. Big boy has been putting on allot of weight and is the massivore king. He is the ultimate pig. He has been growing a bit. But my one mantilla hybrid has been growing far more on the massivore she is almost his size (she is abiut 9inches ) he is 10inches. and she is much younger. The new Leo is about to have his outer ring of dots pop. They will be showing soon

 :D I like that answer. Only problem I see is I need more females. I'm sitting down here now next to the tank. Been watching everyone for a couple hours. Love it. Use to be sitting in front of the tv but nothing is on and this is so much better . Such a nice way to relax as the day is coming to an end.

The only problem I see is that it wasn't taken in my house

Well I have been watching the humidity in the house allot more now that its winter and decided that I needed to purchase a dehumidifier just to keep everything on the safe side as I was seeing about 60-62% humidity upstairs can only imagine that the basement was worse. After about 2 hours it was down about 5% and after the night time it collected at least a gallon of water and the humidity level was about 40%. So 20% less. Ill probably dial it back a little but this just gives me an idea what it was and should be. My windows in the mornings have been wet and now they are not. I also built some covers for my sump on the large tank and will build something for the smaller tank I have also. Have a really large tank and all the rays is great but the power requirements and water and everything else is more then you would think. And then you have extra little costs like this that come up.

I agree with this! I have 6 large tanks running, the smallest is a 120. If I wanted I could go through $50 in just massivor every month. Basically massivor is just for a treat now or if I'm in a hurry. Now I mostly feed what's on sale in the frozen section. Tilapia fillet, catfish, market shrimp. The days of feeding mice and gold fish are gone........

I dropped the temps this winter to 75 degrees and that has helped big time in my food bill
