My flower horn is doing great with everyone. She is super friendly . Right now I have her up with my Jack Dempsey hoping they might mate. They sure do like to hang out allot and are good pals. I would say they have a good chance but who knows. Giving them some time in the 55 gallon.

You still have the bass?
HOLLY COW, but what condition are they in..... So I called and asked and the hispanic lady said they were used as a dance floor at a mexican club/dance hall, Humm. so I went to look at them. They were 4'x8'x1/2" sheets and had about 7 full sheets and a couple 4'x4' pieces. Thinking of my acrylic buffing time and opportunity to build my self a tank and then anyone else a cool tank I picked up 6 sheets of acrylic, lol, $60.00, Which would have been $1,800 worth new. Yes they were a little scratched but really they were just dirty. They are not bad at all really, one side is really good looking which would have been down and the scratched side just needs some work which I already have the buffer and still have some novus here, ill just order a good amount from the local plastic shop here and be good to go, no scratches are deep at all. I spent a little time with a rag and cleaner last night and found that more than anything they are super dirty, I have a 1/2 gallon of novus cleaner but at this point I found its better just to wash them with water and then later Ill get the polish and everything else going. I am super happy with this find, Ill be able to build myself a tank or two plus I will be able to build a tank to sell and make my money back and then some to cover all the costs involved. Or Ill keep it all for my self, I am thinking a 3'x6'x18-20" tank but not sure, depends what I can convince my wife to fit into the basement. If it was me I would have another 4x6 on the other wall. But I want to go a little smaller to keep lots of room for the office I plan to move some day. Maybe it will fill with fish tanks first and then it will really be a fish room. Great find! If you cant buff the acrylic out you can always use those bad pieces for the tops and bottoms of the tanks you build and just buy new for the sides....
I would go 8X4X1That would be a great Ray or Poly tank!
