What a great diy thread. Everything looks great. You can tell alot of thought went into how you were going to set this tank up. Glad to see its still up and running. Great to see rays in it again.
Was your first black ray that one from Fishhub?
Have you ever looking into Southwind Foods for there equivalent of smelt. If I remember right they had 11lb boxes for $17.00 or maybe vice verses. Keeping my rays was much more enjoyable after their food bill got cut in half or less.

Well i expanded into another room. Added another 220 for more sump tied In then a 75 gallon for pups and a 210 for grow outs. System runs great, still heating from hot water with my drip, Neptune Apex monitors everything for me and keeps me aware of changes if needed, luckily Nothing too exciting like we all like it. Stingrays are breeding and I'm expecting my first special hybrid pups to come in about 25 days or so. Super excited to see what my Leo makes in the way of hybrid pups. Hopefully something good. Total system is up to about 1550 gallons
