The silly tank, the resurrection

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Just a thought, you may want to add a powerhead on the end of the tank, opposite the intake of your canister. This should help with water flow. I would do intake on one side, output in the middle, and powerhead on the other side imo.:D

what aquarium classified?

There be fish!

I have a dream for my house to have a tank like that in the master bedroom wall. I sure hope I can talk the hubby into it.......

thanks, i pmd him to find out if he knows were it came from. oh and not to hijack but if anybody knows a company or person who builds tanks near PA let me know. If i cant find one of these for sale then i want one built. PM me if you know anything guys.
Not sure what part of PA your in, but if a drive to NY is doable for you, you can go to www.glasscages.com and see what they would charge to build something like this for you.

Hi there, neat tank- I like those long shallow ones. Very awesome in a room when its planted and well placed.

My only concern was the fact that its right below the TV, wouldn't the volume vibrations kill the crap out of the fish as they're very sensitive?

I would think natural vibrations as well as sounds in the wild are present, and don't cause problems...Shy of sitting atop a pair of 808 subs, bumping RAP music, the fish would be fine...

Hell,
I got an Aro that loves "N.C.I.S." and
an RTC that watches "House"
 :D

Tv speakers aren't used. Two separate sound systems running two different sets of speakers and the fish are fine.
